Nope, not this guy. Articulate and well trained. He'd done that drill before. There are some people that I can talk around, to get where I want to go. I didn't even engage this guy because I could immediately read him as a hard core stop gap. He was an "Escalation Prevention Specialist", not a customer service employee.
