I got the bike. Took it, because it was fairly cheap. I disassembled and found a rather interesting anomaly. There's nearly no rust inside the tube, but it have some greenish (patina?) color inside the tube. Maybe it's a new frame, but vintage look? What could cause that greenish rust? (you were right, the dropouts are gipiemme for sure)
