i had a similar problem. "guaranteed shipping 3 days from receipt of payment". a week after the purchase and still hadn't been shipped, so i tried to contact seller. got nowhere. eventually got email guaranteeing that it would be shipped by the weekend, it was Wednesday. no shipment. on Monday i emailed seller again. got email said would be two days. no shipment. my bank account showed payment deducted from my account on the same day as i bought the item.

made a claim with paypal for non-shipment. they informed me that they had or would give seller 3 weeks to respond before updating me. i waited 3 weeks, then called paypal again. over the phone the refunded my money. they said the seller never responded to their request for information about the matter. after purchasing hundreds of items, i've only had to do this twice. not bad really. as stated, if the seller is stone-walling they will lose.
