Do what's comfortable. My B17 is almost flat on the rear, just slightly angled down with the nose angled up (maybe the ends would show level if I measured with a level). Of course, check that the height is correct or else it will always be hard to find a sweet spot.

I set mine to level with the level itself resting on the very back of the saddle and the nose. Works for me with no effect on my soft tissue.
