Check to see if your brakes are rubbing your tires, as that tends to make holes in your tires no matter WHAT kinda tires you have.
^ ^ ^ ^ What he said. Also, make sure the bead of the tire is evenly distributed around the entirety of the rim - if it isn't you could be getting blowouts from the tube pushing out from under the tire.
