The nashbar kit is a little less expensive this weekend but the bikehand has wrenches with coated handles which might prove handy.

They both look good to me. If there are any key differences, let me know.
They both have a lot of tools you're never going to use (threadless headsets don't need wrenches, most cartridge bearing hubs aren't adjustable and don't take cone wrenches) and tools you'll want to replace (cassette tools on short handles - Shimano specs 30-50 NM which is 30 ft-lbs in the middle of the range).

They lack tools you're likely to want, like torque wrenches.
