If God wants me to put a bottle cage on a bike, it'll be there when I buy the bike.

When I strip a bike down I'll throw the cages, racks, brackets, ect. in the dishwasher. I might shoot a coat of paint on them if needed. If I see them at sales I'll buy em, never more than .50 though.
