Found out I can do 28 miles in 2 hours on a 15 year old Huffy mountain bike. Good/bad? First long ride I have done. Most of my cycling is 5.5 miles one way to work and back. Also found out the pain in my left sit bone when I dismounted my trusty/rusty steed.

The same bone that I broke in a car accident about 10 years ago. I have not felt this pain before on my commutes to work. So I may have just over exerted myself a little. Now 2 hours later my hip is a little stiff. Thinking if this happens whenever I do a long ride I may want to invest in a new saddle. Any recommendations? Thanks
