liamphilip, many people here are going to ask you lots of very hard questions about why you need this color and why you aren't just out riding your bike. Just warning you.



My recommendation to you is to find a good local anodizing/powdercoating shop and ask them about metal finishes that look different colors in different lights, ask to see some of their past work, and then if you feel like they can give you what you want go for it.

Also warning you: probably not gonna be cheap. A friend of mine had some wheels for his car anodized to look different colors in different lighting and it was a few thousand doll hairs for all 4.
