Ya, talk to a local painter OP. It'll be at least $150 for a good paint job on frame and fork. I'd guess they'd use a midnight purple color base with a ghost pearl or something along those lines, I'm not a painter though. Just show a local painter a pic like this and they'll know what to do and should be able to give you a quick quote:
