88 Schwinn Voyageur Low Rider Mounting Points

1. Does the low rider attachment points on the 88 Voyageur fork use a M6 bolts??
I checked the catalog scans (Waterford site) and the catalog does not provide the bolt size.
A M5 bolts fits right through the sleeve

2. Is the attachment point a full length threaded sleeve through the fork?

3. Was there a "standard" in the 19080's for low rider fork mounting points as far as bolt sizes???

I bought an Atoc LiteBeams Mid Beam light mounting fixture which munts to the low rider attachment point. The 5mm bolts fits right through the sleeve. It seems I need a M6 bolts. Would like to confirm bolt size.
