Antieverything-

It looks like a P 10 or PA 10. Those had sportier geometry than the UO 8/AO 8 designs and either the stamped rear dropouts like yours or forged Simplexes. Frame is standard plain gauge Peugeot made hi-tensile tubing. It would have been standard with Normandy HF QR hubs with tubular rims and tires. They made a cool entry level club/racing bike.
