Thanks guys! I'm still debating on how to build this frame. I wish I had gotten it a few years ago, before the rust on the chrome ️️crankset and pedals started flaking the chrome off. I might build it as a single speed so I don't have to deal with sourcing period parts or just hang this on the wall next to the PH-6 which is giving me fits locating a decently priced seatpost. It was a little on the big side in terms of sizing but I figured, french bike-french fit right? The price couldn't be turned down though.

Anyone have a opinion on value? Worth restoring or just build it/hang it? Whatever the value it'll just stay in the collection as I am unwilling to build to sell anymore.
