Frame is standard plain gauge Peugeot made hi-tensile tubing. It would have been standard with Normandy HF QR hubs with tubular rims and tires. They made a cool entry level club/racing bike.
Thanks for the tip, searching for a P10 gave me this site http://www.peugeotshow.com/1976nl/1976nl_15.jpg which shows the closest match yet. 77ish P10, it's good to know the lineage.
