No circuits were on, these things just pull a lot of current even when they are shut off. The car is 2-1/2 years old and the original factory batteries are usually crap, so they rarely last more than 3 years. I had kind of an indication that there was a problem a week ago when the entertainment module stopped working, but just thought some cumputer had burned out. Well, at least this happened in my driveway and not out in the boonies. Also, being retired I don't have to worry about missing work.
