I just don't see any CF bikes for sale around here in that range. Even building one from scratch for that price would be a challenge.
The reviews I'm seeing on the EPX 303 are all positive (although dated).

$800 may be a bit high for an older bike from a defunk manufacturer... but I would say $300-$400 is very low.
Perhaps somewhere in the middle. $600? Depending on the condition, of course. I'm assuming in very good condition. If it has been beat to death... then less.
