I was trying to get the commuter under 22 pounds with lights and fenders, which is a fail after stuffing the mini-tailbox with tools. It's this one Spyder Bike Saddle, 168g, Carbon Print which my wife bought after I left it in the Amazon cart. (Don't over-use that trick if it works for you!). I also ordered a cheaper knock-off from China but this is better.

It takes some getting used to but after a while I forget that it's there, like any saddle. I have an unusual tolerance for different saddles though.
