Thank you for the help and suggestions. I've been really focused on a stem just like the one in the picture. I came back to post my findings and saw your post.

I found the Modolo on eBay today. So I looked up more information on Modolo stems and found out that this was called the 'death stem'. Needless to say, I will not be going for that exact stem.
