I live in Mexico and most of the time I have to settle for whatever the locals shops carry. I got some pretty nice Elimin8er 27x1-1/4 tires a while back, although they are blackwall. For my latest build all they had in 27" were some Deli's (Indonesia), but they only cost about $12 (a pair!) and have tan sidewalls. Pasela's are nice but not for any kind of heavy duty use-- the sidewalls are rather delicate.
