Bikes: Scott Genius, Surly Crosscheck, Yuba Mundo cargo, Specialized Dolce Triple (stolen 5/8/15)

this happens tons in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

i did see a woman walking her bike talking on her phone in the bike lane on Jay St yesterday in Brooklyn. i asked her to walk her bike out of the bike lane, but she just stayed talking on her phone. i wonder if it's the same woman?
