no kidding
looks like the little setscrew for the Teflon block needs a 1/8 of a turn ....
( don't tighten the two allen bolts which hold the plate all the way !!! that plate needs to be able to slide back when you open the lever !!! )
and don't overtighten the lever -- plastic block either... otherwise u will break the block ... ( I have some exta ones )
a very small adjustment will do the trick
