I ride in my neighborhood at 5:30 am and it's dark out. I have a flashing headlight and there's a girl that runs in the mornings and she runs with traffic instead of against it. And she runs on the road not on the sidewalk. And she wears dark clothes and no reflectors or lights. I couldn't tell you how many times I've nearly plowed into her on my bike. Either run on the sidewalk or run on the side of the road facing traffic (she could at least see a bike with a flashing headlight coming her way).
