I'm riding MUPs while I'm trying to overcome the Halo Affect (or is it Halo Effect?) I go to the local MUP where my average moving speed is in the single digits because I don't want to tangle with little kids, moms with baby carriages, old folks in electric wheelchairs, old folks pushing walkers, and Moon Pie fed heifers walking three abreast, all of them having a perfect right to be there.

I was riding recently and came across three kids on their Little Pony bikes. A female jogger came from the opposite direction and yelled "J***** F****** C****" at the top of her lungs because she had to (gasp) slow down for three seconds. A classic a-hole affect on a woman with a classic a-hole effect.
