The RT1000 (which I guess is more of an aero frame and has much gaudier paint) is only available in 47.

The Evoke 3.0 seems to be available in all the sizes you list, but I've read plenty of reviews of that frame that it's really just a holdover from 2006-7 and isn't really worth it if you're investing in a new carbon frame.
