Not a Cinelli Super Corsa. The Seatstay attachment is shot into the seat tube not brazed to the side of the lug with the special Cinelli pinch bolt. The bike has a straight through integrated pinch bolt instead. Check the 3rd photo in the ad sequence. This looks to be a nicely made custom frame with a ghastly paint/powder coat job.
