From Andy Gilmour via email: The bike was built in '84 as a "city cruiser" for a gal who worked in his shop. Straight-gauge 4130 main tubes (makes sense, it's not a superlightweight), Tange forks and stays. He also noted the one-piece bar/stem, describing it as "very unusual," which leads me to believe he didn't create it himself (waiting for clarification on this point).
