I need help picking out a new frame!

So I'd like to restore a road bike and customize it just for me as a project this summer. That includes buying a frame, getting it repainted, putting new components on it, etc. I would love a Bianchi frame but I'm not sure which one to get. I'm looking for a hidden gem at a reasonable price. I've looked through nearby kijiji listings and hoped everyone could help me narrow the selection down, or if they are all bad I'll keep an eye out and update the thread. Some things to keep in mind is I'd like to put in the full 2015 Shimano 105 5800 groupset (I already have it purchased, new, so it's not something I'd like to change), even the hubs so I'd rebuild the wheels. Details I like but don't need include intricate details, especially by the seatpost and where the frame's joints. I'd like to be able to attach a rack and fenders since I want this to be a commuter/utility road bike, not a racing bike. I'm 6'4" FYI in terms of finding the right size. And last thing, it would be cool (but not necessary) if it was a Bianchi that was made in Italy. Hopefully if there's a really good bike no one will be selfish and get it for themselves instead of helping me
