Hi all, I am looking to purchase my first bike this summer and I have narrowed it down to the Giant Escape 2 and the Cannondale Quick 5/4. From what I've gathered, new models are released during the summer and then the older models are usually discounted. Is there a certain month that makers release their new models? I am wondering if I should hold off for the new models to be released so that I can see if I should go with either the new model or score a deal on an older model. Any advice?
