All of your components have date codes. My guess is your bike is a 1984 (frame built in late 1983). Look them up if you are interested. Value here is $200 to $225 in ready to ride condition, CA should enjoy a premium above that. Exact year will have no bearing on value. Cables look rusty, hard to tell. If so, you need to change them out to get full market value.
In addition, catalog scans are often WAY off. Realize catalogs go to the printer MONTHS ahead of actual production. Models change, components change, etc. Its not uncommon to find errors. But this many differences I would guess your bike is a 1984.
I have had several models that did not make the catalog at all (model added after the catalog was sent to the printers).
Some companies had notorious gaps in age between the frame serial number age and the actual model age. I have had Schwinns and Raleighs where the frame was three or four years OLDER than the actual model. Companies like Schwinn who had very poor inventory management often had left over frames that were several years old when they finally built them up into a complete bike.
Typically the Japanese manufacturers were much better at inventory management, so you would not see such gaps. But you would see frames made late in one year ending up being the following year model. So a one year offset is very common.
