Thanks for the reply. Cables should be replaced. A bit of rust on upper cable guides but otherwise in fine shape. I understand the International model was very good in some years to average for others. This bike says it has Tange Double Butted tubing. How would this model rate to other bikes in that early 1980s mass produced bike era?
