Pretty stupid article;it's just focusing on what the locks are made of,not how they're made. They recommend the Street Cuffs because of what they're made of. Google and you'll find reviews like this which show those things are a joke. The fact is,if a professional thief wants your bike, power tools will take out your lock no matter what it's made of. Best practice is to lock your bike properly,so the amateurs will look for something easier, and keep the really nice bikes where the pros won't have access to them.
