First rule out the regular stuff............pedals, shoes cleat on shoes, etc.

Assuming still the BB, try tightening it first. I found my BB30 on my Evo loose just slightly loose after 9 months of riding and that was *after* LBS had told me it was loose after 30 days from new. (Was it me or did they not have it tight enough on assembly?)

Anywho, I've noticed it's even stopped all noise except for a very slight tick at 6 o'clock on my drive side crank and still it's quiet 90% of the time so I haven't bothered digging into it just yet.

I'm not sure if you need a specific wrench for BB86 (Just a hex key on my BB30) but others will chime in.
