If the rest of the bike is in clean condition, it might be interesting, but maybe a better deal at $150.

It looks like the 2010 Coda Comp was spec'd nicer than the current Coda Comp. You can get a rear wheel for $100 or less. You can find an acceptable 9 speed rear derailleur for $30 to $40 for Alivio, or $50 if you want Deore. Of course, you will need a new tire.

Still, might be a good idea to have a bike mechanic take a look at it, if possible. Any sense of why it is missing a back wheel and rear derailleur?
