I don't think that's Italian. Was going to say that from the thinning of the lugs, it looked like a nice model, but then I saw the rear brake mount, and I'm not so sure. Probably from an English maker, judging from the wraparound style of stay treatment. Can you tell what diameter seat post it takes?
