That's what I say, there's always a breeze (albeit a hot one) when you're riding, but the light sweat keeps you cool. It's when you get stuck at a long light or have to wait a few minutes for traffic at a cross street, that sucks. You literally watch the sweat bead on your skin and start run down your arms and legs.
