The guy that owns the empty lot next door is a wheeler dealer known locally as "Mr. Haney" (not to his face LOL) and sells a lot of kid's bikes, low end MTB's, lawn equipment, boats and the occasional used car or truck, etc. from it. He also does some scrapping and I give him my scrap metal. I've helped him with a few of his bikes and advised him on what to look for when he's buying bikes and he said if he ever came across something like one of my bikes cheap he'd grab it for me. He snagged this one at an auction, it's way too small for me so I'm going to go through it, service all the bearings, replace what needs replaced and shine and detail it to death then flip it. I can't get over the condition of the paint and decals, it is going to clean up beautifully. The white bar tape is even going to clean up nicely, I'm hoping the brake hoods will too but I have a new set of black hoods I think will work if they won't. If it was about 4 inches taller it would be staying and something else would be getting sold.
