Bikes: A few too many

Yes, I am always struggling with down with downsizing as the cost of construction and adding extra rooms to my house has got prohibitive!
To be serious,I keep most of my bikes in my studio and the ceiling is almost 20'0" high (lots of wall not that many bikes), when I run out of hanging space there the problems will begin....right now its just hard to get a few down for exercise....still no garage queens!
