got it. If you can get some thick 6mm washers, then I would just put one on either side of the existing mount. Something like the Brompton mount would work well, that's what I have been using on one of my bikes.

There isn't a lot of mating surface, would probably be better if you put a bushing on the brake boss, but that's starting to be a project
