Good to read that you are back on two wheels. OTC drugs and Rx drugs some times just don't do as much good as a spin on the wheels.

Most definitely takes things at a proper pace for returning to bicycling. I have never had an issue after an operation in the past and came back pretty quickly. This latest one for prostate cancer was NOT the same. Too much, too soon and I was back to 10 years ago overnight.
