Talk about loss of fitness... just walking into work from the car left me exhausted. So enjoy getting back on the bike sooner than later... I am hoping although I will have lost most of my fitness and will be starting from stage one, it comes back quickly.

Good luck!
Wow! That is real bad! I am sorry to hear about your injury. Last year in July I had a mtb crash and broke my back. I was off all the bikes for 8 months and was just getting back together. Had gotten my avg to 18-20 and was feeling good in about 3 months so shouldn't be to bad for you. I can't ride the lefty at this point so all will be road for a while. The doc scared the stuffins out of me when I asked her about the mtb. She said to look at the scars and imagine them blown wide open Not a pretty picture! LOL I will wait the alotted time to go in the woods!

I am truley grateful for my blessings and my lessons. I have learned that I am not 20 and I do break much Easier. I have learned that my faith can get me through all troubles. I have learned I am stronger on the other side of troubles! And I have learned that it feels Really GREAT to get back on my bikes!
