It looks like a piece of crap and was built with piece of crap parts so probably pass on just about anything like it.

Generally good to avoid Craigslist unless you really know your stuff and the seller knows what they are selling and can give you enough info to prove it is theirs and not a stolen bike. I see a lot of bikes on CL that are in need of repair, stolen, poorly put together, overpriced or something like that.
