I just got back from my first tour, unfortunately it was cut short because a car hit me, ruining my Kona Sutra 2015, so now I'm after a new bike, so I can finish my trip after I recovery in 12 months time, I have been also looking at lighter and faster. Above are links to 3 bikes that I am considering the gearing on them is a little high but I travel with only about 6kg of gear, and I'm quite strong bike with rack mounts on the rear and able to take upto 32c tires, as well as disc .
