Thanks for the info. I'll try to check out that shop. I'm from West Virginia and I rarely get to enjoy any flat riding. If there is actually any enjoyment in that style of riding. I usually get bored out of my mind riding on flat straight roads. But I hate going a week without a ride. Therefore I plan to get out at the crack of dawn for some riding.
I saw info about that bike trail but is it road bike worthy? Looks like it's more for running or a beach cruisers.
By the looks of Google maps I was afraid 80 would not be worthy of riding on. But have seen on Strava that people do ride it. Most of my rides will start around day break and plan on riding less than 2hrs. I would hope that there wouldn't be much traffic on 80 at that time in the morning. For what it's worth I'm use to riding the hilly/twisty/narrow/no berm WV roads with a bunch of idiot redneck drivers. I'll access the situation once I get there and might resort to driving into Savannah to start my rides if necessary.
I've always thought it would be great to do a century that has less than 5k of climbing in it so I might even attempt that while I'm there if I can come up with a route. Biggest problem would be to keep from doing this

from boredom
