Seller was asking $350 for the frame/fork/headset. I looked around on eBay and it's true, these frames are going for anywhere between $300 and $500, so I went to check it out. The frame has a few scratches here and there, so I offered $300 and bam(!), went home with it. Somehow, I managed to build it up on Monday night in order to ride Tuesday.
Very sweet ride. MUCH different than any aluminum I've ridden before. Stiff..but has a very nice road feel. Not too twitchy, seems to be dialed in quite well. Probably would feel even better with some nice, light wheels.
I'm beginning to see the appeal of the "cult of CAAD" thread.
