That is very good. Low resting heart rate is usually a good indicator of how fit you are, but it needs to have a reference point. It is useful to compare it to what it was before.

It is also a good indicator of overtraining. if it is higher than usual when you wake up, you are probably a bit baked and should consider just doing light recovery ride that day.
