Since the current components don't appear to be original to this model number, it's hard to prove if this 760 was originally sold as a custom painted frame set or converted soon after purchase. To me the Campy Super Record gruppo was well worth the purchase price of $350 for the whole bike. It was the reason I even considered this bike.
Would this frame/fork set be worth $200 ? If the complete bike will only net a $200 profit then it makes sense to keep the Campy stuff and sell this frame set. One could always use a complete SR group on a future Italian frame build.
