Nope, they are not. I've got both the Superbe original shifters and the Superbe Pro indexing shifters. Both are marked with "Superbe" or "Superbe Pro" on them. Unless someone is claiming that Superbe shifters were produced without being marked Superbe. I know the Mavic SSC shifters that were made by Simplex weren't marked, but the Simplex branded ones were. Are we thinking something like that? My vote is they are not.

Just because someone posts something to velobase doesn't mean they weren't wrong. There are many groups there that are incomplete and I've seen stuff that is miscategorized.
