Carrying ease:
1) Bordo is the easiest to carry.
2) Then U-lock.
3) Then a chain.

As far as the ease of locking around different size posts, locking wheels as well etc:
1) Chain
2) Bordo
3) U-lock


As far as safety goes - Abus ratings are precise enough. Any Granit X-plus model (chain, u-lock, or bordo) has good hardened steel and a lock that is hard to pick. The heavier (and more expensive), the harder to cut/break.
