Sure doesn't look too big to me. Saddle probably too low. Might need a slightly longer stem. I'd say, right size.

Edit: I just checked (because I had no idea) and while sitting on the saddle I can't touch the ground with my feet, even pointing my toe and swinging my leg - it doesn't touch. So that's the reason that there's not much exposed seatpost or saddle to bar drop. Who knows, might even be too small. 50 is pretty small. I'm a short-legged 5'6" and I ride 52-54. I have a 50, but it's too small.
