I don't know of many singlespeed, freewheel, quick release hubs. The Surly hubs can be converted to quick release and I think the White industries standard ENO comes in quick release.

But if you are using it on a bike with horizontal dropouts (aka track fork ends) I would recommend a bolt on hub anyway.
Oh yeah,, they have a 130mm Grand Cru High Flange Freewheel Rear Hub 130mm - Hubs - Wheels, Rims, Hubs & Accessories - Components but I do not see a 135mm

There are lots of good bolt on hubs. I think I would go for that unless you really need QR on the back too.
